Our Workshops

Using an evidence-based approach, we have designed three interactive workshops which can be tailored to your workplace. Our workshops aim to equip people with a greater awareness of mental health and wellbeing, and provide tools to help recognise and manage stress in the workplace.

Mental Health & Wellbeing

Leader Wellbeing & Resilience

Communication & De-escalation

A workshop designed to promote and foster awareness of mental health & wellbeing at work.

Greater awareness reduces the stigma surrounding mental illness in the workplace, creating a safer work environment for staff to thrive in their roles.

In this workshop we will:

- discuss what mental health & wellbeing is,

- help develop an understanding of stress and burnout,

- look at strategies and tools to improve wellbeing in the workplace,

- explore strategies to respond to other people in mental distress

A workshop designed for people leaders within the workplace.

The workshop has two areas of focus, the wellbeing of leaders and the wellbeing of the people they lead. The first section explores leader wellbeing and developing workplace culture. The second section focuses on how leaders can support the wellbeing of their team.

In this workshop we will:

- discuss the challenges unique to people leaders,

- explore strategies to help the wellbeing of people leaders,

- look at ways people leaders can best support their team, and

- breakdown strategies for responding to staff wellbeing concerns (including communication and referral)

A workshop designed to help with the handling of people who present with signs of anger, frustration or distress.

Dealing with challenging behaviour is a significant cause of stress for customer facing and telecommunication roles.

In this workshop we will:

- identify the signs of challenging behaviour,

- explore communication skills to deescalate challenging interactions,

- discuss the impact of dealing with challenging behaviour, and

- look at ways to down-regulate and take care of your wellbeing after a challenging interaction.
