Ari Peach – Director and Lead Trainer
Ari is a recognised leader of workplace wellbeing in New Zealand, with extensive experience in providing mental health and wellbeing training, to a wide variety of organisations.
Ari first learned the intricacies of stress and resilience, through his work experiences as a Surf Lifeguard and Intensive Care Paramedic in Auckland. Ari studied a Masters of Health Science in Psychological Support for First Responders, and is now the National Wellbeing Lead for Surf Life Saving New Zealand and a Lecturer of Applied Mental Health and Wellbeing at AUT University.
